The Divide, by Elizabeth Kay
This fantasy story takes place in Costa Rica, along the Continental Divide. Felix, a boy with a heart condition, falls into a magical world where mythical creatures are real and human beings are a legend. He makes lots of new friends who are going to help him find a way to return home. The book is really fun to read because of the way the book opens. It's not your usual experience! This is the first in a series of three books. Submitted by Anna.
